What is it?

The magento chatbot is a computer program which interacts with your customers via chat messages. It takes information from your magento store and gives it to your customers. The intention is to make it easy for customers to browse and search for products and promotions. The interaction is done in facebook messenger. The customer can chat with your facebook page and your chatbot will answer. The user does not need to type the url of your store or install an app. Everything is done within messenger.

 

How do your customers can find your magento chatbot?

Your customers can find your chatbot through:

  • Messaging your facebook page, using the facebook “call to action” button.
  • Using the facebook messenger’s “discover” feature. If you have a chatbot, users can easily discover you there. This feature has the potential to increase the number of your customers.
  • Embedding “Message us” facebook button on your store.
  • Adding a link to your chatbot everywhere on the web. When the user clicks on the link, he or she is automatically redirected to the chatbot.

 

How does the magento chatbot work?

Interaction case 1:

When the user enters your chatbot he is presented with a welcome message.

Here the bot will display a list of Categories.

Here the bot will display a list of Products with special price.

The customer can choose a product and will be redirected to the Buy page of the product.

 

Integrating the bot. What you need to do on magento side.

Enter in your magento admin panel and go to: Stores > Configuration > Services > Magento Web API > Web API Security.  Then select Yes from the Allow Anonymous Guest Access menu.

That’s it! This will allow us to integrate the bot with your store.

This means it doesn’t need to be installed on your magento server, thus it does not compromise the security and performance of your web site. Updates to the chatbot or your magento store will not affect each other.

When you order your bot we create it for free. You don’t need to pay us anything. You pay only to put your bot online. You can quit anytime in the process, it is perfectly fine. Although we will be thankful if you give us feedback on why you quit.

We believe that a trusting relationship with you, our customers, is crucial to success. In order to promote such relationship, we offer you to pay us only if you like your bot. Paying for software you would not use will break the trust.

If you want to change something on your bot or you need support, we are here to help you. We provide full support to our customers.

 

Development process

  • You order your bot by telling us the web address of your magento store and additional requirements if you have any.
  • We create your bot and send you a private link to access it.
  • You test your bot and work with it.
  • You tell us what you don’t like and what you want to be changed
  • We change it and notify you
  • You decide if you want us to put your bot online publicly
  • You pay us and we put your magento chatbot online
  • You can decide to quit anytime without paying us anything. It is ok. Just notify us.

 

Pricing

  • 100$ – Initial startup of the bot (Includes first two months)
    If your magento product and category hierarchy is highly customized, this can make it very hard for us to integrate. In this case additinal costs may apply. We will tell you in advance.
  • 20$ – per month subscription to keep your bot up and running 24/7
    If you recieve more than 870 000 messeges per month, additinal costs can apply.
  • Additional costs apply for adding new features after the initial startup
